Mistress Dominique! What a girl! We got her in 1999 when Willow crossed the bridge to keep Buffy company. She was a spaz since we got her. She has mellowed out quite a bit now but she is still playful. She kisses on demand, she is one of the lickiest rats we've ever had. She reminds us of Willow a lot now. She loves to get scritches and sometimes even falls asleep on mummy. Her favourite hobby is carpet grazing. Like Willow, she will cost us a little fortune when we move out of here, replacing all those carpets! But we love her to bits, she has such a sweet face!! One adorable rat! Domdom developed two big lumps in her groin after she got to 2 years old. Then a further one on her chest. She was very happy still so we thought we would just make her comfortable for the time she had left. She made it to 38 months old. She was a happy rat til the day she died. She went in my arms on the 4th of December 2002. I woke up in the morning and she was still alive but very weak. I took her out for a cuddle and it was to be our last cuddle ever :*( She died in my arms at 10:30 am, one hour after I woke up. She is going to be missed and loved forever, she is gone but she will always live in our hearts :) Sweet dreams my baby girl!
